the cheese of the gods

During my time in india I couldn't get enough of it, unfortunately, I haven't found anything similar here. Even the Indian restaurants around don't serve (good) Paneer.

I'm a little bit stunned by the english in the article, it contains too many words I have never heard of (what is the meaning of whey and clingfilm?), but otherwise this recipe for Paneer from kuro5hin.org sounds quite easy.

I'll take some time to try this - hopefully my flat mates don't mind the mess.
